1. Membership & Eligibility
LAPEQ offers tiered membership levels, each with specific access rights and service volumes. Membership is personal and non-transferable unless explicitly specified in a Corporate Pairing agreement.
- Free Tier: Provides access to basic partner discounts and curated content.
- Silver/Gold/Black Tiers: Premium levels requiring application and approval.
- Members must be 18 years of age or older and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
2. Service Scope & Limitations
LAPEQ provides coordination and management services. While we vet all our third-party partners (hotels, chefs, drivers), LAPEQ acts as an intermediary. The actual delivery of specific end-services is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective service provider.
- We guarantee discretion but cannot be held liable for the independent actions of non-staff third-party vendors.
- Service availability is subject to city coverage (Abuja, Lagos, Port Harcourt, Jos) and local capacity.
3. Payments & Cancellations
Membership fees are billed according to your selected tier. Service-specific costs (e.g., flight tickets, hotel bills) are the responsibility of the member and must be settled via the approved LAPEQ payment channels.
- Cancellations of specific service requests must adhere to the partner's cancellation policy.
- LAPEQ service fees are non-refundable once the coordination process has commenced.
4. Professional Conduct
LAPEQ maintains a standard of mutual respect between our concierges and our members. Any form of harassment, illegal requests, or behavior that compromises the safety of our staff or partners will result in immediate membership termination without refund.
5. Modifications to Terms
LAPEQ reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or through the member dashboard.
